Robby Gass
Robby helps farmers understand their soil and make practical decisions to bring life back to their land. He bring over 30 years of farming experience, a MSc in organic farming and training in soil microscopy to his work with clients.
Co-Founder & Accounting | Founder, Vibrant Harmonies
Christelle Gass
Christelle co-founded ALBA and supports the organization through accounting and administration. She also founded Vibrant Harmonies, where she offers reflexology and hand-crafted artisan skincare, that nurture the micro-biome of the skin and promote wholistic health.
Michelle Brunelle
Marketing Director Creative and strategic in equal measure, Michelle brings fresh ideas to every project. As educator, artist, designer, and mother, her love for land stewardship continues to be a growing passion and focus.
